Job Responsibility

• Should have adequate knowledge on process & product
• Must have outstanding analytical ability and communication skill.
• Developing new customers, new markets and creating business opportunities from existing customers and correct approach to increase profit margin consistently.
• Ability to foresee market condition, good knowledge on fashion market.
• Sound knowledge on capacity calculation and fulfill the calculated capacity.
• Candidate must have sound knowledge on Yarn, Fabrics, trims and accessories.
• Must have very sound knowledge on Supply chain management
• To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
• Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Follow up with planning/production/commercial& ensure shipment move on time.
• Working through CP and T&A to have full tracking on every order.
• Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
• Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.
• Should be self-motivated, adoptive and willing to work under challenges.
• Any other assignment given by the top management.

Education Requirement:

• Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
• Graduate/Masters in Textile and relevant field will be given preference.

Additional Requirement:

• Capable to create business of US $35- $50 million in next 1-2 years.

Experience Requirement:

• 10-12 year(s) experience in Marketing & Merchandising.
