Medionics Imaging Ltd. Exclusive Distributor & maintenance services provider of CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound  Machines of Hitachi (Japan) and Computed Radiography Machine, Printer & Film of Agfa HealthCare(Belgium)  in Bangladesh are looking for dynamic and self-motivated person for the following position.

Jr. Officer/ Officer, Tender

Responsibilities:

• Regular search tenders on various website
• Purchase tender schedule from various clients
• Prepare documents according to do tender requirements
• Submit tender within proper time
• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
• Monitoring the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the clients
• Communicate with assigned people through email, mobile, VOIP for tender related issues
• Assist the whole L/C process (documents preparing, coordination with banks, follow up)
• Coordinate with clients for goods clearing and supply it on the installation site

Job Status: Full time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in engineering/Graduate in any discipline from a recognized college/university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender preparation and estimation
• Should have strong communication skill in both Bengali and English
• Should be proactive, innovative & energetic
• Excellent in using MS Office tools (MS word/excel/power point/outlook) and internet browsing
• Willingness to travel inside or outside Dhaka for office work

Salary

• Attractive salary package will be offered based on candidate.
