Job Responsibilities

  1. After onboarding, deputize to Operations Manager in delivery of successful in Operation & Maintenance including spare parts.
  2. Candidate must be having Knowledge for Maintenance, Service & Overhauling of Construction Equipment, Crane & Marine Equipment’s.
  3. Monitor all Heavy Equipment’s & Spare Parts inventory and place orders when require and maintain report.
  4. Work closely and collaborate with project engineer & mechanics to coordinate, train, instruct and encourage forward operating teams;
  5. To assure the well maintenance of all the resources like Crane, Excavator, Roller, Backhoe Loaders, and Air Compressor, generators, welding machine, electric power, lighting, Crane SLI and many other mechanical and electrical systems for proper functioning.
  6. Plan, implement and maintenance of systems for monitoring machine down time & identify current levels accurately and set targets and strategies to minimize it.
  7. To be strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time to time
  8. Ensure best service & spare parts to the customers in our territory within time. Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition ready for operation at all times.
  9. Develop or propose a spare parts policy for the company to abide to.
  10. Prepare/verify inventory of all equipment, attachments, folders, spare parts, etc. Implement a system to maintain these records
  11. Prepare capital expenditure plans and control quarterly budgets in conjunction with other members of management team.
  12. Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements and recommend on acquiring while identifying key personnel to be trained on new arrivals.
  13. Identify training needs of maintenance staff & Evaluate performance.
  14. Be responsible to prevent accidents and diseases.
  15. Candidate having Excellent Knowledge for Project Implementation, Heavy Lifting, Road & River Transportation with work Procedure, Plan, Mythology & Documentation etc.
  16. Candidate must having Experience in preparing Engineering Drawing, BOQ & Commercial Offer for the EPC projects.
  17. Candidate must have Excellent Negotiation Skill with foreign & local Customers or vendors and maintain well relationship.
  18. Projects Operation, Supervision and Project Management according to HSE procedure.
  19. Willing to work in outdoor working environment/ project and may have to travel widely across the country.
  20. Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
