Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting people to fill vacancies time to time.
- Maintaining employees’ personal files and managing payroll by the software.
- Implementing performance management ( setting and measuring KPIs)
- Administering company policies and disciplines.
- Maintenance of company resources.
- Paying utility bills and renewing company documents on time
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate from any reputed University
- BBA/MBA in HRM is highly preferred
Skills Required:
- Human Resources Management of Diagnostic or Hospital
- Admin Operation of Diagnostic or Hospital
Experience Requirements:
- Manpower Planning & Sourcing, Manpower Development, Payroll Management, Attendance Management, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, HRIS, Job Analysis, Admin Operation, Legal Compliance
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
