Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting people to fill vacancies time to time.
  • Maintaining employees’ personal files and managing payroll by the software.
  • Implementing performance management ( setting and measuring KPIs)
  • Administering company policies and disciplines.
  • Maintenance of company resources.
  • Paying utility bills and renewing company documents on time

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate from any reputed University
  • BBA/MBA in HRM is highly preferred

Skills Required:

  • Human Resources Management of Diagnostic or Hospital
  • Admin Operation of Diagnostic or Hospital

Experience Requirements:

  • Manpower Planning & Sourcing, Manpower Development, Payroll Management, Attendance Management, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance, HRIS, Job Analysis, Admin Operation, Legal Compliance

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Job Location: 75, Nilamber Shaha Road, Hazaribagh Rd, Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
