Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and productivity standards, budgeting, and management of department managers.
  • To maintain solid planning and follow up total production flow by balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
  • To lead by improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, information support and analysis.
  • To review, scrutinize, and develop operational process flows.
  • Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
  • To meet / attain customer complain, investigation and solve them by cooperating with marketing department and buyer.
  • To maintain performance management of all staff, delivery goals and expectations and measuring performance overall.
  • To provide the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiencies.
  • To keep/maintain SOP for machine spare parts and accessories in good conditions for long lasting.
  • To maintain good housekeeping and floor cleaning plans.
  • To keep sustaining and improving overall quality management of the organization and is responsible for supporting, following and continuously improving quality management policies and procedures as per ISO certifications.
  • Ensuring adherence to corporate mandates/directives, suggesting and gaining approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental and OSHA compliance.
  • Facilities management at the local level.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO and Operations Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree and strong industrial experience in the related fields. Engineering background preferred.
  • 5+ years of industrial experience with at least 2 years previous management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics to effectively track and analyze the status within the production process.
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives.
  • Knowledge in creation of inline worker inspection reports, input/output line reports and planning for production.
  • Experienced in managing production lines.
  • Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary Range    : Negotiable
