Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Software based SPC (SPSS) experience needed to measure and analyze (through use of graphs or other visual aids) all major areas of operations.    
• SPSS will be used to set/revise upper and lower control limits for optimum Process Control.
• Data and results are being used for agendas (quality results of the week, complaints, machine & people performance and improvement programs) of weekly/monthly meetings.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO and Operations Director.

Qualifications:

• BS, MS (Applied Statistics) from any major university
• SPSS training from the Journal of Statistical Research (JSR, under ISRT, DU) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar job responsibility preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics to effectively track and analyze the status within the production process
• Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives
• Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
