MASIHATA GROUP, after having established in the year 2002 has emerged as one of the largest sweater manufacturers & exporters of the country having annual turnover exceeding USD 70.00 Million (approx.).   Major buyers of the group are H&M, GAP, Li & Fung, Mothercare , Kiabi, Celox, Next, Lidl, Colins etc.  For grabbing ever increasing market potential by exploiting  tremendous market reputation, group has always been in the process of acquiring new machinery & technology to improve its operation and business process. To source  its prime raw material i.e., dyed yarn in a timely & reliable manner,  the group  undergone a backward integration program  by way of acquiring  a yarn dyeing project in the name & style of Mega Yarn Dyeing Mills Ltd.(MYDML) that possesses  Hanks Dyeing,  Piece Dyeing &  Modern Computer aided Cone (package) Dyeing  facilities in its manufacturing unit.

Now to further strengthen its HR & Compliance team, group intends to recruit an energetic & experienced person in its HR & Compliance  Department:-  

Position: Manager – HR & Compliance  

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • To Develop & Implement group HR policy
  • To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee / workforce
  • To take key role in HR recruitment process
  • To develop & implement appraisal policy
  • To conduct & oversee the day to day administrative function
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
  • To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
  • To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.
  • Any other jobs as and when assigned by the management

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA/ Masters in any discipline
  • Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from BIM will be an added advantage   

Required Experiences:

  • 5 years experience in  the area of  HR & Compliance in a reputed  company   
  • Experience of  working with export oriented RMG sector is mandatory

Additional Job Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR, Performance & Career Management , Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
  • Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
