2. Technical knowledge

2.1 New QC should have experience for pattern grading and adjustment based on fabric and finishing requirement.
2.2 New QC should have experience for sewing machine and operation. How to sew, adjust and set up.
2.3 New QC should have experience for finding out problematic point and critical process of the production.
2.4 New QC should have experience to educate worker, SV and PIC.
2.5 New QC should have experience for wash program. (such as GMT Dye and acid wash, GMT Wash)
2.6 New QC should have experience for any printing way & EMB technic.
2.7 New QC should have experience for print checking way and improvement way
2.8 New QC should have experience for print washing way and other special finishing way.
2.9 New QC should have experience for fabric quality & knowledge.
2.10 New QC should have experience for fabric inspection system and way.
2.11 New QC should have experience for fabric relaxation way and cutting way based on fabrication.
2.12 New QC should have experience for fabric approval about quality and color
                       
3. Managing power:

3.1. New QC should have strong managing power against factory’s management responsible and worker.
3.2. New QC should have skill and experience for developing any production system by own or as per customer’s requirement

4. Communication skill:

4.1 New QC should have strong communication skill with workshop with concerned person and factory’s management.
4.2 New QC should have strong communication skill for explanation about technical issue and right information to customer.
4.3 New QC should have corrective way of reporting by verbally or mail.
4.4 New QC should have ability of communication skill in English

5. Experience

5.1 New QC should have experience more than 8 years as job.
