Manager - Administration and HR

Job Description

  • The applicant should have experience in the following area: Administration and HR in large scale international renowned company.
  • The applicant should have excellent  knowledge to CSR.
  • The applicant should have excellent knowledge to Compliance and related law.
  • The applicant should have excellent knowledge of Labor law and related.
  • The applicant should have experience to lead/take initiative to establish office/company regulation.
  • The applicant should have experience to lead/take initiative to arrange seminar for making employee skill up.

Additional Condition:

  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • Minimum experience (at least)10 years in HR & Administration
  • Must have strong mind and understanding for Ethics
  • Must be proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Must be able to use Microsoft office programs (including Power Point)
  • Able to work in a fast working environment
  • Should be proactive ,honest, sincere and hard working
  • Should have a good analytical skill
  • Willing to face challenge and not escape from difficulty
  • Important and must "keep confidential information".
  • Should have a fair and aboveboard mind to everybody/any situation.
  • Always positive and high competency

Educational Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA/Masters from any reputed university

Salary Range: Negotiable
