Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibility

• Achieve monthly sales target set by the management
• Establish strong relationship with Real Estate companies, Architects, Engineers, Contractors & Retailers
• Must also ensure good relationship with retail customers so that they become repeated customers
• Must travel frequently to explore new projects and customers on his own initiative

Educational Requirements

• Graduate or Masters preferably from Marketing, psychology, architectural background from any repeated UGC approved university.
• In case of highly experienced candidate educational requirements may be relaxed.
• The candidate must possess good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, ERP software and Emailing

Additional Job Requirements

• Age must not exceed 35 years
• Must be pro-active with “do-it-yourself” mentality
• Candidates with valid motor cycle driving license will be given preferences.
• Must be energetic, hardworking and objective oriented
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Possesses good communication skill both in Bangla and English
• Possessing high integrity and loyalty towards the company
