Position: Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibility

• Achieve monthly sales target set by the management
• Establish strong relationship with Real Estate companies, Architects, Engineers, Contractors & Retailers
• Must also ensure good relationship with retail customers so that they become repeat customers
• Must travel frequently and find new projects and customers on his own initiative

• Graduate or Masters preferably from Marketing background from any reputed UGC approved university.
• In case of highly experienced candidate educational requirements may be relaxed.
• The candidate must possess good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, ERP software and Emailing

• Age must not exceed 35 years
• Must be pro-active with “do-it-yourself” mentality
• Must be energetic, hardworking and objective oriented
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Possesses good communication skill both in Bengali and English
• Possessing high integrity and loyalty towards the company
