Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the high standard and integrity of performing compliance audit to suppliers to meet with the Company’s Terms of Engagement, Social, technical, Environmental, Fire safety, building integrity, electrical safety & security compliance.
- Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and customers.
- Develop feasible and sustainable Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with vendors/factories
- To lead the team with proper assignment distribution, coordination, cooperation & follow-up.
- Prepare and update Database for every audit.
- Develop suppliers/factories in terms of sustainable Social, technical, Environmental, Fire safety, building integrity, electrical safety & security compliance.
- Network with internal, external organizations and stakeholders to promote more responsible business practices, innovation & collaboration.
- Follow-up and monitor factory improvement on any identified non-compliance issues
- Ensure factory compliance in areas of local labor standards, health and work safety, and environmental protection at factory’s premises.
- Develop & deliver new projects & training program –External & Internal
- Ensure social aspects-working conditions, labor standards & human rights
- Identify critical high risk non-compliances and escalating these to HQ
- Collaborate with coordinator of sourcing to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
- Provide guidelines to the suppliers to analyze the root causes of the concerns and develop corrective action plan.
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the MD’S and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
Key Requirement:
- Graduate in any discipline from any reputed educational institute.
- Should be certified in SA8000 Introduction and Basic Auditor Training Course
- Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, WCA, C-TPAT, GSV, ISO & other COC social & technical audit etc.
- In-depth knowledge on building safety, fire and electrical safety requirement of ACCORD & Alliance.
- Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, and ILO convention, environmental laws relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
- Strongly demonstrated analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities; communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
Required Experience & Other Competencies:
- Should be very good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
- Well-mannered with positive attitude and strong communication skill on speaking, reading and writing in both English and Bangla.
- Should have working experience in 3rd party audit firms, buying/liaison office and factory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in this field with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
- Ability to perform multiple task and target oriented job.

- High level of self-confidence with ability to adapt to changing environments
