General Manager (Accounts & Finance):

Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for Sanction, Renewal, Enhancement and maintenance of Bank and Non-Bank Financial exposure
• Preparation of Projected Financial for Sanction of Credit Facility from Bank and financial institute.
• Have to work on L/C, Back to Back L/C & Commercial areas
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
• Must be able to liason & co-ordinate with banks.
• Manage funds to maximize return on investment and minimize risks
• Doing financial analysis on forecasting
• Review Operational performance
• Assist Management in the formulation of its overall strategic directions
• Ensure adequate control structures over transfer and investment of Funds
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Responsible for closely monitoring the preparation of Accounts, Financing and commercial with Banks,
• Ensure that all the financial transactions are properly account for.
• Make sure the source of fund for payment of receivables.
• Provide various statement/reports as per requirement of the management.

Key skills and experience:

• Extensive working experience in Commercial and Logistic.
• Self-Motivated, Energetic, Multi-tasking, Resolving Conflict
• Written & spoken fluency in English.
• Must have a sound computer knowledge in Microsoft Office

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• FCA/ FCMA with Masters in Accounting or MBA in Finance from any recognized institution..
• 10 to 12 year(s) years of working experience.
• Former Bank Officials are encouraged to apply.
• Adequate experience in Spinning Industry is recommended.
