Mampower Ltd is a leading manufacturer in the Electrical Protection Equipment Industry (e.g. Transformer, Switchgear, Diesel Generator, BBT) in Bangladesh. It mainly deals with supply, erection, testing of distribution & power transformer and complete substations as turnkey project over the past 39 years. The candidate must have leadership traits with effective communication skill. He/She must be target driven, detail oriented and customer focused and be open to travel.

Job responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target given by the management
• Conduct frequent meetings with Clients & Consultants
• Develop business target and achieve the targets
• Take leadership & active ownership to run the sales department independently
• Responsible for brand establishment in respective areas
• Maintain Sales Database
• Prepare sales strategy and operational plan for different business segments
• Identify the training need of sales team and ensure proper training
• Improve the Sales reporting system & documentation
• Collect information and monitor product performance and customer satisfaction regularly
• Responsible to run a team

Experience: 6-8 years for Managers, 4-5 years for Asst. Managers. Transformer, switchgear, bus bar trunking experience is an advantage.

Educational Requirements: Minimum 4-yr graduation with minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent grades. Candidates having engineering background with Sales Experience will have preference.

Job Location: 

• Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna and anywhere in Bangladesh.
• LOCAL Residence / LOCAL experience will be given priority.

Additional requirements: Sound knowledge in Computer, MS office program especially in Ms Excel, Ms Word and be Internet savvy.
