Designation: Service Delivery Lead Role in Bangladesh

Number of Vacancies : 01

Job Description

• Ensuring all agreed KPIs are available across all circles including Audit & Rectification
• Facilitate New KPI & Feed Integration
• Ensuring Data Quality by -
  • (1)Setting/maintaining data quality check points & reports
  • (2)Routine health check of all data components for all circles
  • (3)Rectification ,Optimization and improvement
• Close coordination with TAC and SE for Resolution of issues
• Work hand in hand with Engagement team for Resolution of Biz related issues ,New requirements and Communication
• Preparing health check / progress reports, incident reports and RCAs

Qualification & Experience

• Have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Science/ Technology
• Exp: 7+ years with knowledge in handling data preferred
• Have a basic knowledge of telecom technologies
• Have strong and effective interpersonal skills
• Be a Motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities to meet business goals

Job Nature: Full-time
