Job Description
- To Build, Nurture & Mentor the direct sales team (agencies and brands) & retail sales team of Bangladesh
- Drive along with marketing all aspects of Strategy to Execution to build mADmart in Bangladesh
- Sell mobile brand advertising to agencies/advertisers/distributors from concept through to execution.
- Set team targets and ensure goals are met regularly.
- Work on programs to
- enhance reach/distribution/coverage,
- improve productivity of sales team and
- increase yield of various inventory available.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of mobile marketing and the advantages of mADmart over its competitors.
- Identify and map prospective customers in order to meet revenue targets
- Service agency customers extensively
- Work with marketing team to create awareness and build mAdmart brand among media and brand managers.
- Increase penetration of customers across key categories
- Regularly create a right mix of pipeline of short and long sales cycle customers
- Build strong relationships with clients and operators (partner/supplier) at all levels

- Revenues from mADmart business
- Timely collections
- Customer Satisfaction Score- Operators/brands/agencies
Essential Skills
- Core Sales Experience ( Media Sales experience would be an added advantage)
- Strong track record in developing leads in B2B domain and translating them in to revenue.
- Proven ability of effectively selling Products/Services & forging client partnerships over a period of time.
- Understanding on-going impact of technology on Mobile Media ads.

Qualification
- Master in any discipline with minimum 7 years’ experience in Sales (MBA degree will get preference)
- Industry Preferred - Telecommunication, Banking & Financial s & Media - Television, Radio, On-line Media.
