Job Description / Responsibility:

• Develop and execute the production strategies from order to delivery as per Management discussion
• Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order to enhance the manufacturing efficiency
• Manage & increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques
• Improve the production lead time and the delivery performance of the factories in the region
• Maintain close communication and follow up with marketing team
• Keep track of style status and updating the same to top management and customer representatives

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Food Technology/B.Sc/M.Sc

Additional Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 year (s) experience of Chocolate bar and bakery Biscuits production Industries.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
• Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
• Excellent problem solving capacity and the management of delivery schedules and production space
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
