Job Description / Responsibility:

• To Build, Nature & Monitor the direct sales team (agencies and brands) & retail sales team
• Drive along with marketing all aspects of Strategy to Execution to build Madani Food & Beverage Ltd.
• Sell Chocolate bar, Cookies, Toast etc. brand distributors from concept through to execution.
• Set team targets and ensure goals are met regularly.
• Work on programs to enhance reach/distribution/coverage, improve productivity of sales team and increase yield of various inventory available.
• Identify and map prospective customers in order to meet revenue targets
• Service agency customers extensively
• Increase penetration of customers across key categories
• Regularly create a right mix of pipeline of short and long sales cycle customers
• Build strong relationships with clients and operators (partner/supplier) at all levels.
• Try to make communication from production to consumer.
• Analysis market size, yearly growth of sales & target customer & Consumer

Educational Requirements: M.Com (Marketing) or MBA Major Marketing

Additional Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 year (s) experience in marketing, sales in food and consumer goods.
• Proven ability of effectively selling Products/ Services & forging client partnerships over a period of time.
• Ambitious and Self-Driven Individual who pro-actively identifies opportunities & work towards achieving it.
• Excellent communication skills, especially strong presentation skills
• Excellent relationship management skills and a good team player.
• Hunger to outperform in a fast growing environment.
• Strong analytical & Numerical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
