Job Description/ Responsibility:

• Responsible for the hole factory 
• For production & operation of the Factory
• Handle manpower with efficiently
• For day to day production & maintain quality production to fulfill the customer up to the mark set by the management.
• For efficient operation of Transport, machine safety and security of the Factory
• Monitor, control and utilization of men, material for optimum productivity.
• Report on productivity, materials, inventory to the management.
• For Total production to Execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.
• Other responsibilities which will be provided by the management of the company

Educational Requirements: B.Sc Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/M.Sc/B.Sc

Additional Job Requirements:

• Minimum10 to 15 year(s) in Chocolate bar and Bakery Biscuits Production Lines.
• Good communication & presentation skill both in English & Bengali
• Problem solving & analytical ability
• Ready to work under pressure
• Well conversant with MS office Application
