Position: Asst.Manager/Senior Executive

Job Descriptions / Responsibility

  • Proposal preparation & negotiating terms and conditions of sales with customers as per sales guideline.
  • Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client's needs.
  • Ensure own sales targets are met set by departmental head.
  • Recording Client information in systematic way as per company rules.
  • Dealing with Clients and passing them to the higher authority, if necessary conducting feedback with clients periodically.
  • Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract, conversion of prospects to customers and sales service to be providing by the customer service department.
  • To build a strong relationship with customers.
  • Preparation of company’s documents such as, proposal, reports, application forms letters etc.
  • Gathering Market and industry information and achievement of target within the deadline.
  • Branding experiences, experiences on graphic design, Facebook communications will be highly ranked.

Educational Requirements
BBA/MBA/Bachelors in MIS, Marketing in preferable.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age Below or equal to 35 year(s)
  • Minimum 2 years job experiences in door to door sales is preferable.
  • The applicants with experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Customer Support/Client Service and Corporate Marketing are also preferable.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, ISP and others.
  • Should have high ethical standard.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  


Salary Range:

  “Potential to earn 30000 Tk. / per month Basic + Mobile Allowance + Transportation will be there”
