Position(s) Available –
Company Secretary/Legal Manager (Male/Female) (03 in Numbers)
Minimum Required Qualification-
- Completed Bachelors in Laws (LLB) from a Public University or Private University.
- Competency in Bangla and English Language (Both verbal and written).
- Vast Knowledge of Company Law, Contract Law etc.
- Smart and Capable to Present Himself/Herself with good manner.
- Age- not more than 28 (twenty eight) years old.
Job Responsibility-
- Drafting different sort of Corporate documents.
- Drafting different type of agreements.
- Land Vetting.
- Consulting upon Legal Issues.
N.B:
- Candidates who are enlisted with Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference.
- Candidates with experience to work in the corporate sector are encouraged to apply.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- All Candidates will be called for a Preliminary Interview.
- Primarily Selected Candidates Shall Appear a Written Test Consisting below Tests –
- IQ Test Consisting 50 Marks.
- GK (General Knowledge) Test Consisting of 50 Marks.
- Selected Candidates from the Written Exam will be called for Final Interview.
