Job Responsibility:

• Assist in developing company’s job competency framework
• Develop tools for mapping competencies of the employees
• Roll-out performance management program
• Assist in identifying successors in positions
• Document & following  career progression of high-performers

Requirements:

• Energetic, able to work under pressure, and can think out-of-box
• 3 to 5 years experience in HR/above areas
• Post Graduate/BBA (major HRM/ Psychology)

Salary Range: Negotiable
