Your tasks and responsibilities
- Plan, organize and direct sales and marketing activities of healthcare products and their applications to achieve sales target
- Keep strong liaison with relevant Govt. organizations for due payment of bills and tender related matters
- Draw up necessary strategy to ensure planned growth of market share through monitoring customer satisfaction and assessing future business potentiality
- Ensure product support and sales guide to Healthcare channel partners
- Provide leadership, and administrative support to team members
- Ensure arrangement of providing operational, service and safety training to customer on medical products
- Plan and organize the stock and debt collection to keep the stock days, debtors’ days and creditor’s days under the planned figure.
Your ideal qualifications:
- High level of questioning/probing skills to uncover issues and create value for customers
- A sense of urgency and responsiveness to make immediate action to resolve customer issues
- Financial skills with strong analytical approach
- Strong communications skills (advanced presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution)
- Language Skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bangla
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Finance or technical discipline, MBA with specialization in Marketing is highly preferable
- 6-8 years of experience in sales and marketing in gas/chemical/other manufacturing industry;
- Demonstrated track record of proficient coaching, mentoring or team management experience
