Customer & Medical Engineering Services (C&MES) Officer

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure that all customer and medical installation projects are maintained and installed per the standard best practices in Linde with safety and reliability as utmost priority
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in site/installation maintenance, project execution, work processes and people capabilities to maximise business profits
  • Implement the preventive maintenance activities 
  • Execute repair & maintenance of C&MES equipment as an outcome of preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Support in the development of scope of work for projects, and supervise the execution of work
  • Define the requirement of spares as needed
  • Perform contingency planning and execute in case of emergency
  • Perform root cause analysis for all major issues/failures
  • Assist in the implementation of best practice report related to repair costs & man hours
  • Report completion of the Corrective actions from audits, Root Cause Analysis, Alerts & Directives in reporting platform

Your ideal qualifications

  • Graduate ideally in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
  • Professional certification in safety/process operation/project management  is preferable
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in operations or engineering
  • Strong communications skills, organisational awareness and the ability to influence business executives in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Risk Management experience and involvement in risk assessments and audits
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environmen

 

Salary: Negotiable plus other fringe benefits as per company policy
