Your tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible to meet monthly and yearly sales plan of the territory as in-charge of the sales center
- Provide customer satisfaction in the territory by fulfilling their total needs regarding product availability, delivery, complaint handling, technical support etc.
- Assist in planning revenue expenses and inputs for mid/long term planning
- Show leadership, open-mindedness and strong communication skills in your role as line manager for customer service assistants.
- Contribute to quality and safety by ensuring that The Linde Group's high standards are observed at all times.
- Monitor credit collection as per plan
Your ideal qualifications
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Strong business acumen and sales capabilities
- Effective diagnostic, questioning, listening and presentation skills
- Goal oriented – able to translate the sector strategy into actionable plans and revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of business or engineering. Graduates of local leading educational institutes will get preference.
- 1 to 3 years’ working experience in sales.
