Position: Senior Manager/ Manager - Corporate Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and monitor the day to day functions of Customer Services, Facility Management and General Administration.
  • Direct and manage the team to provide efficient and effective services to both external and internal customers to meet fast growing business and operational needs of the Company.
  • Introduce best practices, leadership, management principles and ensure adherence to Company procedures to achieve departmental goals and competitive advantages.
  • Develop, customize and implement key operating guidelines on customer services and facility management.
  • Coordinate with different business streams or divisions regarding overall Customer Services operations e.g. traveling, accommodation, transport, procurement, booking of meeting rooms/ show rooms, catering and event management.
  • Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers and deliver service standards to enhance service offerings.
  • Uncover customers’ needs by asking appropriate questions/ collecting feedbacks and respond to customer needs in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze statistical data to determine the level of customer services.
  • Develop and implement new technology initiatives to increase service efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset in the team to achieve desired results.

Requirements

  • MBA from recognized university or Masters in any discipline. Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Service/Operations Management/ Hotel Management from reputed institute would be an added advantage.
  • 10-12 years hands-on working experience in the relevant field.
  • Candidate having extensive experience in customer services, general administration and facility management worked in any trading/liaison office would be given preference.
  • Well-groomed with pleasant personality and customer-oriented mind set.
  • Person should have full of passion in work, open mind, flexible and willing to take challenge.
  • Team player with strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English Language and PC based applications.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced multi-cultural working environment.
