Job Description / Responsibility

• Conduct vendor compliance audits in factories and follow up compliance issues
• Conduct  Code of Conduct, C-TPAT (supply chain security) and environmental audits etc.
• Educate and train factories on Remediation per CAPS
• Monitor factories’ progress and  corrective actions
• Generate and prepare audit reports / Follow-up on CAPRs
• Interact with internal  customers on compliance-related issues

Educational Requirements

• Master in any discipline,  (Mass Communication, Industrial Relationship will be an added advantage).
• Must possess adequate computer skills (WORD, OFFICE, PPT, EXCEL).

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of auditing experience (social auditing).
• Candidates having experience in 3rd party audit firm may get preference
• Should have good communication skills, both in English and Bangla (written/spoken).
• Female candidates will be preferred
• Must possess good knowledge of various auditing tools (SEDEX,WRAP, BSCI,ETI, Country Labour laws ).
• Dedication, Diligence and Integrity are a must.
• Able to travel extensively within the country and be able to work under pressure.
• Having Investigative skills will be an added advantage
