Job Description / Responsibility:

• Prepare and present detailed proposals for events & activation (e.g. Operation plan, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, route planning and budgets).
• Develop and manage event & activation budgets.
• Must have good sourcing knowledge of vendors and various event & activation related logistic.
• Planning and coordinating in events & activation campaigns.
• Must be capable enough to hire, brief & deploy volunteers throughout the nation at the shortest possible time.
• Secure and book suitable venues or locations throughout the country as when required
• Plan event layouts and coordinate with venue management, caterers, contractors and equipment rental.
• Coordinate with the client to promote the event & activation
• Conduct post-event evaluation, including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders.
• Research markets to develop and implement innovative approaches to improve or expand events & activation, and identify opportunities for additional business.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate from a reputed University/College with concentration in Business Administration and/or Marketing or related discipline.

Additional Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in Event Management or in activations.
• Experience coordinating events & activations.
• An understanding of budgeting and financial management.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of staff and volunteers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including significant attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, customer-service oriented personality.
• Ability to establish productive relationships with people at all levels.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• A positive and adaptable approach to problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed event financial goals.
