Job Description / Responsibility:

Lead the integrated insights and strategic planning in a way consistent with the agency’s goal of bringing, a strong analytical foundation to uncover. Fresh and innovative insights/business opportunities inspiring creative ideas.

  • Liaising with clients to identify specific business requirements and develop ideas to meet their business expectation.
  • Gaining a comprehensive context for event & activation strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economic and the market for the client's product and market share;
  • Commissioning research through research agencies for detail market analysis   using both qualitative and quantitative methods such as focus groups and structured interviews, demographic profiling and questionnaires as and when require.
  •  Reconciling the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived.
  • Detail briefing to creative team  that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy;
  • Analyzing and interpreting customer response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.
  • Orchestrate all brand planning, strategic planning and analytical activity for all accounts within the agency
  • Supporting  new business activity as and when  required
  • Enlighten clients  with deeper insights of market dynamics and their business modality

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration graduate from a reputed university

Additional Job Requirements:

  • At least 5-6 years experience in strategic Planning
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising agency, Event Management agency
  • Positive Attitude to work in team is must
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Experience in coordinating events & activations.
  • An understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including significant attention to detail.
  • Positive, professional, customer-service oriented personality.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A positive and adaptable approach to problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business goals.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
