LEGACY FURNITURE LTD. a leading Manufacturer and Exporter of Furniture requires the following personnel for their Retail Outlets and Factory
CORPORATE SALES MANAGER
 
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads.
  • Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of Industry or market.
  • Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and presentations.
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature.
MARKETING MANAGER
 
  • Plan, develop and implement the Organizations marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities both external and internal.
  • Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services for marketing, communications and public relations.
  • Direct the effort of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with other functions of the Company.
  • Manages sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area.
  • Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.
  • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long term Sales and Earnings.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
  • Supplier Management (Develop and keep excellent relationships with all suppliers, liaison between different material suppliers for cross production checks)
  • Communication (Key contract for internal teams and suppliers on project status and details)
  • Production coordination (Plan/Track supplier production and set priorities accordingly)
  • Project documentation (Ensure quality of technical documentation-design drawings, production drawings, bill or materials, meta data)
  • Quality Control (Plan with Quality Mangers QC Inspections at suppliers facilities and on incoming components)
SALES EXECUTIVE
  • Candidates should be Graduate in any discipline.
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
  • Have ability to communicate fluently in English and Bangla.
  • Be able to effectively and efficiently communicate product information and achieve sales targets.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the related field.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance  records and  data; answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Must have at least 7 years experience in production related activities in a furniture manufacturing unit.
QUALITY CONTROLLER
  • Achieving the company’s targets and objective with quality assurance.
  • Efficiently reporting to the management about the needs and requirements for development in the product manufacturing.
  • Promoting methods of improvement and quality assurance throughout the organization.
  • Investigating the product modifications and evaluating and executing the procedures properly.
  • Ensuring the application of healthy and safe work environment.
  • Must have at least 7 years experience in production related activities in a furniture manufacturing unit.
MANAGER ADMINISTRATION
  • Must oversee the working of all staff and personnel in Factory.
  • Must be able to conduct semi-annual or annual employee evaluation
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience and be able to provide administrative decision making.
  • Retired army officers will be given preference.

  • Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job.
  • Must have excellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction with people.
  • Able to learn fast Specifics about our Industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.
