Position: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Job Description/ Responsibility
  • Roll out talent management lifecycle from assessing the talent needs to talent placement.
  • Devise divisional objective in line with the company objectives and make action plans.
  • Execute Training & Development plan as a means of talent development initiative.
  • Develop SOPs and work on company policies, processes, and Organization Development tasks.
  • Assist Supervisor in administering Compensation and Benefits with necessary compliance.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from inside and outside the company on employment verifications.
  • Participate in Performance Review exercises across the organization.
  • Partnering with different Stakeholders on ISO, QMS, CMMi Audit, Certification, and Assessment.
  • Update personal information in HR database and keeping personal record and file maintain.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA or Master Degree major in HRM/ Public Administration.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will be given an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements 

  • Proven working experience in HR department for at least 3-5 years.
  • Excellent writing capability and presentation skill
  • Well conversant with ERP is necessary.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data on employees.
  • Must have good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook.
  • Need to be smart, energetic, patient and confident to take up challenges.
  • Should have effective communication skills.
  • Should be capable to lead a team.
