Job Description/ Responsibility: |
|
- |
Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems with the Heads, and recommends necessary organizations. |
|
- |
Assist in recruitment and selection process. |
|
- |
Respond to routine inquires from inside and outside the company on employment verifications; benefits claim processing; and job opening in line with LEADS policy on these matters. |
|
- |
Maintain leave attendance records. |
|
- |
Update personal information in HR database and keeping personal record and file maintain. |
|
- |
Any other tasks assigned by the Department Head. |
|
Educational Requirements: |
|
- |
MBA or Masters in Any subject from a reputed university. |
|
- |
Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will be given an added advantage. |
|
Experience Requirements: |
|
- |
At least 1 to 3 years |
|
Additional Job Requirements: |
|
- |
Proven working experience in HR department for at least 1-3 years. |
|
- |
Well conversant with ERP will be preferred. |
|
- |
Must have good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook / Outlook Express. |
|
- |
Need to be smart, energetic, patient and confident to take up challenges. |
|
- |
Should have effective communication skills. |
|
- |
Should be capable to work in a team. |
|
