Position: Senior Executive/ Executive - Finance & Administration
 
Job Description/ Responsibility:
  -
Major responsibilities will cover legal and regulatory compliance related issues and activities.
  -
Assist in compliance of rules and regulations relating to different bodies like BSEC, Stock Exchanges, RJSC, Tax & VAT authorities.
  - Should have concrete knowledge on preparing financial statements as per Companies Act and BAS/ IAS or BFRS/ IFRS Accounting Standards.
  - Prepare and Analysis of Annual Financial Statements as per Management Instructions.
  - Follow up the rules & directives relating to BSEC & Stock Exchanges in Bangladesh.
  - Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
  - Make necessary correspondence with RJSC, Income Tax & VAT authorities.
  - Prepare Agenda and MoM within preset timeframe.
  - Assist in preparing documents to convene board, committee and general meetings to ensure matters are correctly recorded and duly approved.
  - Make necessary correspondence with govt./non govt. and other related organizations in connection with company affairs.
  - Perform other secretarial jobs as per management requirements.
  - Maintain integrity regarding  business information confidentiality
  - Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
 
Educational Requirements:
  - BBA/ MBA/ B.Com/ M.Com from a recognized institute with CA(CC) or partly qualified
 
Experience Requirements:
  - 3 years of relevant experiences
 
Additional Job Requirements:
  - Should be proficient in MS Application Package
  - Should have good Analytical skills and Reporting skills
  - Effective communication skill
  - Should be capable to work as individual or in team
