What YOU must possess

• Bachelor/MBA, major in Finance, with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 out of 4 or equivalent from top most reputed business schools of Bangladesh.
  
• Candidates pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program or completed CFA levels will have a special preference.
  
• Strong ability to communicate financial numbers
  
• Ability to catch the dynamic of capital market, ability to identify major drivers of the business model of listed companies.
  
• Capable to work under pressure & extended time period
  
• Knowledge and a genuine interest in capital market
  
• Strong financial, analytical, and financial modeling skills

• Developing both bottom and top down approach to stock selection.
  
• Regularly updating the traders about macro, industry and listed companies
  
• Updating branch level investors about covered companies and visiting prospective institutional and high net worth clients.
  
• Understanding return and risk objective of clients and suggesting stocks taking consideration of client’s time horizon, liquidity needs, tax and other special circumstance.
  
• Branch level assistance in portfolio construction, portfolio monitoring and rebalancing.
