The talent we are looking will be primarily responsible for:
- Work closely with channel partners to ensure the real phone coverage rate.
- Conduct retail store PSI management and communicate with the owner and manager based on current inventory to ensure a reasonable purchase amount.
- Ensure that the company's sales policies and promotional activities are effectively implemented effectively and follow up with the sales progress and effects of promotional activities.
- Achieving Sales targets.
- Ensure the safety of the store inventory , minimizing the chance of stock shortage.
- Coordinate the replenishment of stores or coordinate with dealers to purchase immediately.
- Coordinate with the shop owner and staffs to enhance the terminal image LAVA.
- Coordinate with the shop owner and staffs to improve the display way of products and materials.
- Guide shop owner and staffs to improve sales skill.
- Maintain a good relationship with shop owner and staffs to enhance their support for LAVA.
