Job Description / Responsibility:
- Assist to provide leadership in organizing the Planning Dept. with efficient structure and effective work process.
- To responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedules, line plan, T&A, and engineering procedures, aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency per worker.
- Assist to ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
- Calculate and finalize product SMV from GSD method, CM calculation, Production Planning, Seasons plan, Capacity assurance analysis & finalize the product cost
- Be able to make maximum utilization of ERP for greater effect.

- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Production,
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Production target and achievement.
Job Requirements:
- Age At least 28 year(s) above.
- Overall experience of 8 years in Planning Dept. of reputed knit factory.
- Strong leadership with communication/interpersonal skill.
