Job Description / Responsibility:

• Must be in proficient in Auto CAD- 2D/3D.
• Have to be experienced in presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Execel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw or others)
• Should be well conversant in 3D software (Google sketch up, 3ds max, V-ray rendering).
• Develop and provide comprehensive design service for new project as well as modification of existing building/s
• Should have Strong organizational skills, especially in the management of drawing files.
• Clear idea about materials and have to supervision the running site.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc./Diploma in Architecture/Civil from any reputed institute.
• NB: Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Interior Design, Company bushier, Project Presentation. 

Job Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 year(s)
• The applicant should have at least 3 years’ experience in the following area(s)
• Art & sketch
• Architectural design
• Production of detail drawing.
• Experience in various type of Building design with site supervision.
• Must be very good in English written and fluency.
• Applicant should be hard working, dynamic, have good communication skill, negotiation and co-ordination skills
• Must have competence to work under pressure to meet deadline in any adverse situation.
