Divisional Manager
(Sales)

  • MBA with major in Marketing/ MS in Agricultural Science from any Public University or limited Private University  like East West/ North South/BRAC having own campus.
  • Candidates with Other subjects  having long experience in the   related field of seeds and pesticide sales from any reputed Agriculture company can also apply. 
  • Minimum 7-8 years experience as Divisional/Regional Manager in Sales & Promotional activities of Seeds and Agro Chemical Products from any fairly large Organization
  • Preparing of Divisional Sales Budget and Work Plan for implementation of the same.
  • Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the Regional Manager towards achievement of Divisional target
  • Experience of  Market  Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors.
  • Event  Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and conference,
  • Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
  • Annual Performance Evaluation of  the subordinates    
  • Proactive with good command in English language for reporting.
  • Good relation and liaison with DAE officials at district and Upazila level.
  • Computer literacy in All MS office applications is      mandatory.
  • Motor cycle driving with valid license from BRTA
  • To perform Extensive  tour program to Upazila level within the respective Divisional territory

Regional Manager
(Sales)

  • BBA/MBA with major in Marketing/B.Sc (Hons) or MS in Agricultural Science   from any  Public University or limited private university   like East West/ North South/BRAC having own campus.
  • Candidates with other subjects having good experience in the related field of seeds and pesticide sales from any reputed organization having countrywide sales network   may also apply. 
  • Minimum 5-6 years experience as Area/Regional In-charges in Sales & Promotional activities for Seeds and Agro  chemical Products from any fairly large Organization
  • Preparing of Area/Regioanl Sales Budget and Work planning for implementation of the same
  • Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the sales staff and officers under the Region towards achievement of Area target.
  • Experience of Market  Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the challenging  competitors.
  • Event  Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and Conference.
  • Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
  • Annual Performance Evaluation of the    subordinates

Territory Manager (Sales)
 

  • Minimum Graduation is mandatory. But those who have academic background of Diploma in Agriculture from any Govt. recognized ATI under BTEB will be preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as Territory Manager/Officer in Sales & Promotional activities for Seeds and  Agro  chemical Products from any good organization
  • Preparing of Territorial Sales Budget and Work Plan for implementation of the same.
  • Supervising the activities of  sales persons under the Territory towards achievement of Territorial target.
  • Experience of Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors.
  • Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
  • Annual Performance Evaluation of the subordinates     
  • Good command in language for reporting.
  • Good relation and liaison with DAE officials at district  and Upazila level.
  • Computer literacy is Mandatory.
  • Motor cycle driving with valid license from BRTA will be preferable
  • To perform extensive tour program to the Upazila level within the respective    territory

District or  Upazila level at any where in B.Desh

Sales Assistant

  • Diploma in Agriculture from Govt recognized ATI under BTEB  or Minimum H.S.C (Science is preferable)
  • Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the   achievement status.
     
  • Computer literacy in all  MS office applications is Mandatory.
  • Motor Cycle driving having BRTA license

District or  Upazila level at any where in B.Desh

Special Note: Against the vacancies in post of Territory Manager(Sales) for Bandarban, Khagrachari & Rangamati, the tribal candidates from the attached Hill Districts will get priority

Job Nature: Full time and Regular

Salary range: As per company scale with other compensation packages e.g. Provident Fund, Gratuity, G.Term Insurance, etc. (May be also negotiable for the deserved candidate)
