Lakeshore Hotel & Apartments, the leading Business Boutique hotel situated in the heart of Dhaka city and they are looking for a dynamic person to join in their winning team.

Position: Catering Sales Executive

• To maintain and grow food & beverage sales from  existing client base
  
• To develop an effective sales strategy to attract new & additional catering sales, in conjunction  sales team
  
• To create and prepare banqueting proposals for potential customers, ensuring that all likely additional costs relating to the event have been assessed accurately and communicated
  
• Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the Sales Manager
  
• Maintain and accurately keep updated, customer records held on software
  
• Efficiently respond to all customer enquires in a polite and timely manner
  
• Create and prepare accurate catering proposals for potential customers, ensuring that the catering offer matches the profile of the event in terms of product selection and budget
  
• Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports
  
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
  
• Produce clear and accurate Event Catering Schedules within set deadlines
  
• Organize and attend client meetings both internally and externally
  
• Support the  sales team if required, in terms of fielding enquires in their absence or taking messages

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor in Marketing.MBA  will be an added advantage.
• Should have experience working in a Sales related job in an F&B department of a Hotel for minimum 2 years.
• Candidate must be very fluent in written & spoken English with excellent communication skills. Must Have excellent client service knowledge.

Additional requirement:

• Smart, energetic, pro-active, target oriented, passionate
• Strong computer system knowledge
• Must be ready to move out of office on a regular basis
