This position shall be based in Head Office, Dhaka and will report to Head of Strategy & Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for all digital project of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd.
• Act as project lead for all SAP improvement projects related to O2C Process.
• Liaise with cross functional teams & conduct workshops in gathering business/ user requirements.
• Prepare & maintain all project documentation as per Project Management Methodology (PMA)
• Liaise with Internal & Regional IT teams, External Developers for design & implementation of Digital tools, work flow automation and dashboard tools.
• Perform gap analysis in existing processes and systems and implement improvement plans
• Regular follow-up and reporting of Digital Project Progress
• Plan, lead and implement change Management Process related to Digital Tool Implementation
• Conduct Training, Develop SOPs & establish standard practice while project handover to user department.

Profile Required:

Education & Work Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, information Systems or Computer Engineering
• 2-3 years working experience in related field at a similar capacity
• Experience and hands on knowledge in SAP ERP system

Special Skill/ Training:

• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principals
• Excellent in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units
• Experience in designing and bulding applications is an added advantage
