Role: Deputy Manager - IT

This position shall be based in Surma Plant, Chhatak and will report to Country Business Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience on Maintaining and directing an IT operation.
  • Ensure proper backup and storage of data on daily basis.
  • Maintain third party contracts and ensure support from third party contracts and ensure support from third party according to SLA.
  • Sound knowledge on SAP
  • Knowledge of the principals and practices of latest information technology
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support on different sites.

Profile Required:

Education & Work Experience:

  • B.Sc/ M.Sc Engineer (CSC, EEE) or Equivalent
  • 4-5 years working experience related field

Special Skill/ Training:

  • Leadership and communication skills
  • CCNA/CCNP certification preferred
  • MCSE/MCITP certification preferred
