Position: Head of Agri Business - (GM/DGM Level), Labaid Agros.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assimilated agricultural farm development and management of Fisheries, Dairy, Poultry, Vegetable and Flowers.
• Overall management of the day to day operations of the Farm.
• Motivate and lead Farm employees to accomplish anticipated harvest and business targets.
• Manage crisis situations as and when they ascend.
• Liaison with the Local Government authority, other regulatory bodies and local people regularly to make sure the smooth operations of business.
• Devise and participate in activities to progress fish hatching and growth rates and to prevent disease.
• Sales and marketing of Farm products.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with job position.

Educational/ Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Aquaculture/ Fisheries/ Fisheries Technology from reputed local or foreign University.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) is must.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Farm Management.
