Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Work as the shop manager.
  
• Responsible for achieving the sales target.
  
• Come up with plans to create new customers as well as to retain existing ones; and implement those plans.
  
• Coordinating and supervising the everyday functions of the shop and reporting to management.
  Inventory management from forecasting & ordering to stock-reconciliation.
  Ensure customer satisfaction.
  Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Education / Experience / Others:

• Graduate
  
• Computer Literacy (ability to operate and work with digital sales system) is must for the position.
  
• 3-5 years’ experience as shop manager / supervisor in a renowned super shop chain (Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar etc.).
  
• Age: (max) 45 years.
