Responsibilities:
- Expert in running, POS, barcode tagging, inventory management software, etc.
- Must be familiar with fashion and market trends in ladies footwear and shoes
- Manage the daily operations of retail sales
- Must acquire product knowledge, attend to customer and sell products
- Must possess excellent selling skills & provide and exceptional shopping experience every time
- Ensure excellent customer service and address the customer issues
- Manage the Visual Merchandising of the showroom
- Manage the record of petty cash and daily sales return. Ensure timely deposition of sales proceeds to designated Bank accounts
- Assist in developing, planning & executing marketing, promotional activities and campaigns

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in reputed Retail store/ showroom/ shop with ERP management
Experience of working in overseas retail/ brand shops will be considered as added qualification.
Additional Requirements:
Computer literacy and workable command in English for verbal correspondence
