Job Description / Responsibility

• Sourcing and developing products, communication with buyers and suppliers and manage and follow-up the whole merchandising process from design, development, sourcing, production until delivery
• Understanding of costing and pricing negotiation, maintain margin of quality products
• Work with Collection Team to overcome challenges, delays in delivery, commercial decisions or rejections, order shortage etc
• Lead claim management within the team and ensure product quality standards are met and on-time delivery with factory
• Work closely with Global Procurement Director/ Country Manager ensure that the short and long-range business objectives are consistent with company vision and strategy
• Being able to work in collaborative environment, influencing key stakeholders and federating others around achieving common goals

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors’ Degree/ Higher Diploma in Textile/ Clothing/ Fashion Designing

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience in International Buying Office
• At least 4-6 years solid experience of working in Denim product
• Fluent in English and local language both oral and written

Additional Requirements

• Understands fashion trends, business minded, analytical, strategic thinking
• A team player to adapt multi-cultural work environment
• Good experience in costing, sourcing and production tracking activities
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
