Job Description / Responsibility

  • Plane and implement an effective sales drives that ensure teams monthly sales and revenue target.
  • Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
  • Maintain an effective communication with prospects customer that ensure company interest.
  • Keep up data on market intelligence.
  •  Ensure that sales leads prospect information is maintained accurately in the prospects data base.
  • Network development with Gov and private office.
  • Under take additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the departments.

Education Requirement: Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements: At least 3/4 years real estate/Developer Company.

Additional job Requirements: Experience in a reputed real estate/Developer company specially town ship projects.

Salary Range: Negotiable

Other Benefits: Incentive/Sales Commission
