Position Title: Executive/Sr. Executive – Sales

Job location: Dhaka

Position responsibilities include yet not limited to are:

  • Work towards ensuring the achievement of sales target of the organization.
  • Strive to increase business with existing clients and introduce of new clients.
  • Assists in the development & implementation of the sales strategy for the organization to drive top line growth.
  • Maintains a continuous line of communication with customer service and cross-functions.
  • Maintain constant customer contact to obtain customer requirements & coordinates on collection of sample development & finalization of samples for the final orders.
  • Follows up regularly with customers to ensure timely collections and recoveries leading to increased net sales realization on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
  • The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
  • Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
  • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
  • Last but not the least; the candidate should have work experience in facing the customers.

Educational: Post Graduate; Graduate, Diploma or MBA in Sales Management

Essentials:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of field sales experience as in similar organization (Label, Elastic, Tapes, Heat seal & offset background is preferred)
  • Good exposure to garments and accessories industries.
  • Should be able to join immediately.

Behavioral:

  • Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
  • Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
  • Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.

Salary:  Negotiable.
