Product Integrity Supervisor (Quality)

Responsibilities:

• This role reports to the Product Integrity Manager-Shanghai, China
• Support production leads and operators for interpretation and methods following set standards. 
• Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents.
• Supervise and review corrective solutions and prevent action claims.
• Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources.
• Provide technical support to internal & external parties in timely manner.
• Work with line manager to drive raw material integrity improvement from end to end by delivering projects & processes.
• Administer all quality checkpoints ideal for validation, while ensuring trouble shooting and line management support.
• Participate in the execution of change and enhancement efforts in Quality parameters across the organization to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Manual, garment industry standards and legislation.
• Accountable for a safe environment for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements
• Reported and identified hazards are actioned and report site incidents
• Accountable for own and team compliance with company policies and the code of conduct
• Conduct needful investigation & work out short-term & long-term solution.

Requirements:

• College degree major in textile.
• Minimum 10 years’ textile experience in textile industry, familiar with fabric manufacturing knowledge is a must.
• At least 5 years’ team management experience.
• Experience in buying office is a must.
• Experience in international laboratory testing is an advantage
• Colour proficient to superior level (colour test will be administrated)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiations and influential capacity.
• Proficiency in MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Fluent written & verbal English.
