Kallol Thai President Foods (BD) Ltd. a joint venture company with Thai President Foods Public Co. Ltd. of Thailand is the manufacturer and distributor of internationally reputed instant noodles under brand name “MAMA”. The company has recently set up their Factory at Sreepur, Gazipur to commence operation in Bangladesh very soon. As a part of operation activities, the following position at Factory shall be filled in immediately.

Position: Officer (Store & Logistics)

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Update quantity of receipts, issues and stock balances in the Stores Inventory Software on a day to day basis.
• Ensure timely supply of all stock items.
• Co-ordination with Departmental Heads for rising of indents.
• Maintaining Inward & Outward Register and Ledger posting.
• Maintaining Material Register and Looking after material at site.
• Preparing Inward / Outward Challan & Invoice through Computer.
• Timely submission of VAT Challan, return and preparing VAT current account.

Educational Requirements:

• M.Com. / M.B.S. (Accounting / Finance)

Work Experience:

• Minimum two (2) years practical experience in store & Logistics field of a reputed company. Knowledge of VAT shall be essential requirement for the position. Knowledge of using Tally software is also affirmative.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and to able work under time pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge in Computer.
• Should be ready to stay at factory in free full furnished accommodation.
• Must be within 30 years of Age.
