Head of IT

Job Description
  • Develop and implement technology initiatives for Financial Institutions to support company initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Data Center and overall IT infrastructure.
  • Develop data security and contingency plan to safeguard company assets and intellectual property.
  • Prepare strategic plan and programs for information technology.
  • Ensure the integrity of computer servers, network communications and management information services.
  • Integrate and maintain multiple software environments.
  • Partner with top management and recommend quality technological solutions which are able to enhance performance and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to deliver goods and services as per service level agreements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirement

  • Masters in Computer Science/ Engineering or B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Engineering.
  • Advanced Degree/ Training/ Certificate in related field is preferable.

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 05 years working experience in Information Technology Department of Banks/ Financial Institutions with last 3 years in supervisory role.
